Exhaustion sets in

Yup… Toby’s expression just about sums up how much energy I have left right now…

I got a lot done today… but I’m still not “caught up.”

I try to keep my “Next Action/To Do” list moving but sometimes I fall behind.  Becoming one of the unemployed artists of the world has put a kink in my smooth operation.

I’ve been looking at all the things I used to utilize to stay organized.  In the past weeks, I’ve realized the same system I had as “employed Sara” will not work for “freelance - between gigs Sara”.  Time to hit the drawing board.

I created my “Project Keeper” today using Circa/Rolla magic.  I’ll blog about that on my DIYSara location sometime soon.  If I forget - feel free to drop me a virtual kick in the pants.  Basically the idea behind it is to keep all my freelance and personal projects organized and together.  This should eliminate the “ohmygosh what did I do with that ____”.

Now I’m going to share what got accomplished last night and today…  because I feel like it and you want to know, right?

  • *Finish graphic for the 2 year anniv/birthday celebration of http://www.diyplanner.com
  • *Secretly promote the 2 year anniv/birthday celebration of http://www.diyplanner.com
  • *Pick up living room
  • *Go thru mail and piles of paper in living room
  • *Vacuum living room before the cats think the furballs are siblings
  • *Clean the meece tanks
  • *Read the classifieds for job possibilities

Yeah… thats most of it.  Not too shabby considering its Saturday.

But now I’m exhausted… soooo sleeeeeepy.  Goodnight and be well ♥
